About the Role

Monmouth Trading Cards is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is critical in helping manage daily operations, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the CEO’s schedule and projects run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests
Operations & Coordination

  • Assist with project tracking and follow-ups across departments
  • Coordinate communication between leadership, stores, vendors, and partners
  • Organize documents, reports, and internal communications
  • Help prepare presentations and reports
Administrative Support

  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Manage expense reports and administrative tasks
  • Assist with event coordination, company meetings, and special projects
  • Ensure deadlines and priorities stay on track
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred

  • Experience supporting a founder or CEO
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or startup environments
  • Experience coordinating multi-location operations
