Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations in a high-traffic environment
- Hire, train, and manage a team of part-time associates (including students)
- Drive in-store sales through strong customer engagement and product knowledge
- Manage inventory across sealed product, single cards, and supplies
- Maintain store organization, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Handle scheduling and ensure proper staffing during peak hours
- Build relationships with the local community and campus customers
- Execute promotions, events, and product launches
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience required
- Experience managing part-time or student employees is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on customer experience
- Interest in trading cards or collectibles preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
