Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience
- Support sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock inventory and assist with product displays
- Support in-store events, promotions, and busy sales periods
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
